Goda is leading UNRVLD’s European expansion from their new offices in Vilnius, working in close collaboration with recruiters to help UNRVLD grow a team of digital experts locally. She is initially focused on establishing the UNRVLD brand and internal company culture in Vilnius. Once these areas are running smoothly, Goda will focus more heavily on business development within the wider region.
Darren is responsible for a multi-disciplined development team producing enterprise scale web applications with complex integrations across many platforms. He provides strategic direction to the team around development processes, quality and toolsets to drive UNRVLD’s development roadmap. He is also responsible for UNRVLD’s technical partnerships that complement the overall service offerings.
Tom coordinates UNRVLD’s key digital transformation projects, working directly with clients and technology partners to fuel international growth. He provides strategic consultancy and solution design services to key players within multiple industry sectors, ensuring they deliver on their business goals. Tom also leads on work implementing headless architectures. This involves building crucial new partnerships with third parties to create best-of-breed solutions for UNRVLD’s clients. Critically, Tom has helped to develop UNRVLD’s proprietary sports framework in partnership with InCrowd to push UNRVLD ahead as a leading digital provider within the sports industry.
Vicki is responsible for driving the people initiatives at UNRVLD and setting the HR plan for offering growth, support and development across all locations. Vicki co-ordinates a talented HR and Recruitment team, driving a strategic approach to employee engagement and internal communications. She has also spearheaded the introduction of benefits to support employee health and well-being including EAP, Online Doctor and Mental Health First Aid awareness initiatives. As UNRVLD continue to expand as a business, Vicki ensures that the connected family feel remains the same.
